Glype Proxy
Glype Proxy is a free proxy script written in PHP with a strict emphasis on speed, performance and usability. Using glype proxy one can easily set his/her own proxy site in no time. It is considered to be fast and reliable alternative to the widely used PHProxy and CGIProxy.
Glype proxy has feature such as server side caching which makes it a fast proxy and also reduces the bandwidth consumption. There are also many useful plugins available. The plug and play feature makes the installation fast. The javascript support makes is reliable on the sites where javascript is required. It has something called whitelist and blacklist using which the permitted and banned sites are maintained.
